Jeder Entwicklungsfehler wird automatisch auf den Kunden geschoben. Die Dame am Tresen wurde bei meiner Reklamation schnippisch und regelrecht frech. Das ist kein Kundenservice, wie man ihn erwartet. Ich kann dieses Fotolabor auf keinen Fall empfehlen.
