This work is trauma-informed, collaborative and adapted to your current capacity, combining various approaches as appropriate. It supports greater self-connection, stability, resilience and choice. Suitable support for periods of change, exhaustion or disconnection.

My methods are Transformative Bodywork, Thai Meridian system and myofascial release. Work in English, Russian and German.
