easetec ag® Co-Managing Director Georges Ruchti is European Chairman of the US-based Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (CMSA) and a veteran of capital markets disciplines specialising in innovative and complex transactions. Mr. Ruchti, who studied Business Administration at the University of Zurich, has held senior strategic positions in bond origination, syndication, treasury and structured finance at companies such as RHEINHYP, DG-BANK and UBS. He has lectured on securitization in Frankfurt, London, Paris, New York, Warsaw, Prague, Geneva and Cannes. In 1999-2001 Mr. Ruchti, holding dual Swiss-French nationality, headed the team that developed the acclaimed Europa One and Two synthetic CMBS transactions. At easetec ag®, of which he is co-founder, he heads strategic consultancy and business development.
